Barcode labels and their features
coated labels
Vellum labels
Coated Labels, which are among the paper group labels, are divided into two: Glossy and Matte.
Glossy Coated Labels have a more vibrant and warm appearance.
It gives a bright and vivid image in color printing and ribbon printing.
Matte Coated Labels can be preferred especially for readability because they do not reflect light.
Additionally, if you are printing with ribbon, it will be better for the ribbon to adhere to the surface since its structure is rough.
Wax ribbon or wax-resin ribbon can be used.
As adhesive; Normal, high, very high or removable (non-perm) glues can be preferred.
Polyester PET labels
Vellum Barcode Label, from the paper label group, has a matte appearance.
Since the surface is rough, ribbon prints are preferred because they are more resistant to erasing.
Thermal labels
Thermal Barcode Labels are the choice of those who do not want to print with ribbon.
The prints on it may turn yellow or fade over time.
They are short-lived and not suitable for sunny or high-temperature environments.
It is used in many sectors such as scales, hospitals, textiles, etc.
There are different types of paper and plastic.
PET Polyester Barcode Labels are high-level labels in the plastic group.
They are used especially in difficult conditions.
It is resistant to high temperatures. Its upper surface holds print better than other labels.
It is very successful in tests against deletion.
Raw material: White PET Polyster label, Matte White PET Polyster label, Glossy Silver PET Polyster, Silver Matte PET Polyster label, Dull Silver PET Polyster etc.
It can be used in different thicknesses from 25 microns to 200 microns.
Polyethylene PE labels
PE Labels are labels suitable for general use. is preferred.
It is preferred due to its affordable cost, ability to be used under normal usage conditions, and its flexible structure, especially on curved surfaces such as bottles.
Raw material: Transparent Polyethylene label, White Polyethylene label, Matte White Polyethylene label, Data PE Polyethylene label, etc.
It can be used in different thicknesses from 25 microns to 200 microns.
Polypropylene PP labels
PP Polypropylene labels are labels suitable for general use.
It is preferred in almost every sector due to its affordable cost and ability to be used under normal usage conditions.
As raw material: Transparent Polypropylene label, White Polypropylene label, Matte White Polypropylene label, Silver Polypropylene label, Silver Matte Polypropylene label, etc.
It can be used in different thicknesses from 25 microns to 200 microns.
Glue types used, Acrylic, Hotmelt, Non perm, Deepfrezee
It can be used as a blank barcode label or by color printing.
It can be pasted on products made of paper, plastic, metal and glass.
They can withstand temperatures from -80 °C to 220 °C.

Which RIBBON is suitable?
Cardboard labels
We provide ribbons suitable for thermal transfer printing on your used labels. The correct and original ribbon must be used.
We import Armor, Ricoh, DNP brand ribbons directly from abroad and offer them to your use.
Cardboard labels are used in airplanes, cinemas, clothes and similar places.
Cardboard labels are both stylish and make the customer feel special.
It is used in different thicknesses and textures, from shiny ones to nostalgic ones.
While the front has a smooth and glossy surface for color printing, the back can have a thermal matte surface for printing product-related information.
Ribbon printing or thermal printing methods can be used for barcode printers.
It is perforated for easy separation after the barcode is printed from the printer.
A hole can be drilled to be used as a hang tag.
