Features of printed labels

Print quality

Print quality makes the product stand out in the market. It gives identity to the product and represents the manufacturer.

Choosing the right material and adhesive also ensures that the label remains intact on the product and is durable according to usage conditions.

In addition, choosing the right material and appropriate printing technique provides advantages in terms of cost. Letterpress, flexo and digital printing techniques are used depending on the type and quantity of labels to be produced.

Staff provides the right service to its customers by evaluating these variables in all its productions.

Print finishing operations

UV lacquer

UV lacquer is applied after printing, making the print brighter and protected against external factors.

Hot and cold foil printing

Hot foil application maximizes the visuality of the product. There are many different types of gilding and are selected from the catalogue. Silver, gold, hologram gilding etc.

Printing types

Letterpress printing

Letterpress printing is a very high quality printing method. UV dye is used, thus creating a vibrant print that is more resistant to the sun and open air.

In letterpress machines, the paint reaches the plate via rollers, and the amount of paint can be easily adjusted.

It is advantageous in terms of price, especially in small quantities.

Flexo printing

It is of lower quality than letterpress printing, but its quality has been increased with developing technologies. UV flexo dye is used, thus a vibrant and more resistant to the sun and open air print is obtained.

In flexo machines, the paint is transferred directly to the anilox roller. With its porous structure, the paint absorbed by the anilox reaches the plate, and it is necessary to change the anilox roller to change the amount of paint.

It provides an advantage in terms of price due to its speed in long-run works.

Digital printing

Lamination

After printing, the cellophane is adhered to the material using the lamination method. It makes the print durable by protecting it against all kinds of physical and chemical conditions.

Digital printing is also advantageous, like Letterpress, in terms of ink price for small-volume jobs. It is effortless. But it is expensive for long-form works.

Print quality is excellent and error-free.

It is also used in cases where variable printing is required.
