Production
As a Kurmay printing technologies, we have been operating for over 20 years;
We work with companies operating in almost all sectors. We have experience in all processes from raw material supply to product shipment. Each product differs depending on its production and usage conditions, and accordingly, different features are required on the labels used.

Necessary inspections and tests are carried out for each product, labels are produced in accordance with the standards and the necessary ribbons are supplied.
Our production stages
Receiving the order
Our customers' requests are received by e-mail or telephone. For new products, the label is preliminarily prepared in the most appropriate way by discussing material selection and cost issues with the customer.
Graphic design works
If the order is new, the necessary graphic design and blades are adjusted and presented to the customer for approval.
Obtaining design approval
Graphic design work is presented to the customer for approval and after customer approval, the production form is prepared and directed to the manufacturing unit.
Raw material supply and control
If suitable material is available in our warehouse, it will be separated. if
Otherwise, raw materials are supplied.
Printing processes
Depending on the nature of the product, production cost and printing style
Accordingly, Flexo, Letterpress or Digital printing process is carried out on the required machine.
In addition, hot foil printing and lamination processes are also performed.
Slicing and quality control
Fully automatic slicing machines available in our facility
The product produced is sliced and the final quality control is carried out at this stage, and the defect-free product is ready for shipment.
Packaging and shipment
Sliced labels are first wrapped in quality plastic material, then packaged in sturdy boxes and shipped. In this way, the product is protected against external factors even if it is kept at the customer's disposal.
