Production

Kurmay Etiket has been working with companies operating in almost all sectors for over 30 years. We have experience in all processes, from raw material procurement to product shipment. Each product differs depending on its production and usage conditions, and consequently, different characteristics are required for the labels used.

Necessary inspections and tests are carried out for each product, standards-compliant labels are produced, and the necessary ribbons are supplied.

Our production stages

Order received

Customer requests are received via email or phone. For new products, preliminary work on the label is carried out in consultation with the customer regarding material selection and cost.

Graphic design work and obtaining design approval.

If the order is new, the necessary graphic design and blade adjustments are made and presented to the customer for approval. After customer approval, the production form is prepared and forwarded to the manufacturing unit.

Raw material procurement and control.

If suitable materials are available in our warehouse, they are set aside. If not, raw materials are procured.

Printing processes

Depending on the nature of the product, production cost, and printing style, Flexo, Letterpress, or Digital printing is performed on the appropriate machine. Additionally, hot foil stamping and lamination services are also offered.

Slicing and quality control.

Our fully automated slicing machines slice the produced product, and final quality control is performed at this stage, ensuring that the product is flawless and ready for shipment.

Packaging and shipping

The sliced labels are first wrapped in high-quality plastic material, then packaged in sturdy cardboard boxes for shipment. This ensures the product is protected from external factors even if it remains at the customer's home.
