Electronic circuit board (PCB) circuit labels
PCB circuit labels are high-strength, specialized labels used for identification, traceability, and technical data tracking during the manufacturing and assembly processes of printed circuit boards (PCBs). They are designed to maintain their shape, adhesive properties, and print quality during soldering, baking, and high-heat exposure stages of production.
They are generally manufactured from polyimide (Kapton) or heat-resistant polyester (PET) material. Thanks to their special structure that can withstand temperatures between 200°C and 300°C, they are suitable for reflow soldering and wave soldering processes. Due to their surfaces suitable for thermal transfer printing, serial numbers, QR codes, barcodes, and lot information can be printed clearly and permanently.
PCB labels are critical for production tracking, quality control, warranty processes, and service traceability. They are widely used in the electronics, defense industry, automotive electronics, and home appliance sectors.
